If you are no longer able to attend the Union Night at Dodger Stadium on September 5th, 2026, please notify us below as soon as possible. Releasing your ticket allows us to offer it to another member on the waiting list. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, and no-shows / unused tickets will be reflected in our database and may be excluded from future events. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to seeing you at a future event.

Once I submit this form, my tickets will be forfeited and given to a member on the waiting list. If you have already received your ticket and/or claimed your ticket on the MLB Ballpark App, please be advised that it will be voided.
